  • Q: I'm juggling a lot right now, how long will the course take?

    A: We get it! The course is designed with those with full lives in mind. The course is self-paced, but it is recommended that students complete one 15 minute mini lesson a week and then use the workbook to deepen reflection, discussion, and wellness skills between lessons. So you can plan for total of about 1-1.5 hours a week, for 9 weeks.

  • Q: What if I have a question while taking the course?

    A: Questions are welcomed! Use the discussion board within each lesson to ask every one of them. Dr. Christina responds weekly to all questions posted. As an added benefit, discussion boards enable you to view and learn from other's questions on the week's topic as well. Some of the best learning happens in a community of learners!

  • Can I take the course individually?

    While the course is designed to be taken with a partner, it is of great value taken individually as well. If not currently partnered or your partner is unable to attend, the awareness, knowledge, and skills an individual gains through this course can significantly impact any relationship.
